We process your username, password hash, name, email and address to create, secure and manage your account. Professional features may also process company details, contact information, support messages and documents you provide.
To operate the service, we process pool addresses and coordinates, controller identifiers, equipment settings, measurements, alerts and command history. Login and technical logs help secure the service and diagnose failures. We process these data to provide the service you request and protect its security.
Bluetooth connects directly to your pool controller. Guest Bluetooth access does not require an account. Android 11 and earlier may require location permission to discover Bluetooth devices; this permission is not used by the app to track your movements. On newer Android versions, nearby device permissions are used.
The map displays saved pool coordinates. Google Maps on Android and Apple Maps on iOS process map requests and technical information under their own privacy policies. The current app does not request your phone’s GPS position for the pool map.
Session tokens are stored in the operating system’s secure storage on mobile. Preferences and saved Bluetooth pool information are stored on the device. The web app uses authentication cookies and browser storage for sessions and preferences.
Data are accessible to authorised Klereo teams, technical service providers supporting hosting, storage and email, and professionals or other users authorised to access the pool. A deletion request is emailed to Klereo support and the relevant sales contacts. Map services process their own technical requests. This version does not integrate advertising or marketing analytics SDKs.
Account data are retained while the account is used. You can request deletion from Profile in the app or from the page below without installing the app. Support processes the request and emails you once deletion is complete. Sending the request marks the account for deletion, without deleting its data, shared pools or other users’ access.
Data needed for legal obligations or an ongoing dispute may need to be retained. Support will explain the applicable categories and retention periods during processing. Technical logs and backup copies may have separate retention periods; contact us for details.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing where applicable, by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL or your local supervisory authority.
